heres an update guys,i went to diesel nut motorsports on tues got my new draw straw installed right.dnm found the return line on the sending unit was broke and had a crack in the line.it wasnt broke off but almost just hanging there,so i had to replace the sending unit.assembly so far the truck runs good no dying.i called air dog today there sending me another fuel pump, the one i have now isnt working too good from sucking air from the draw straw not being installed right,at the other shop i went to.the draw straw was 2 inches off the bottom of the tank.so now my draw straw is fixed next week ill have the new air dog fuel pump, and the truck will be running great finallythanks for all the imfo and help guys hope this fixes all the stalling issues.thanks to jason at diesel nut motorsports for all his help.getting my truck back on the road and thanks to eric at vulcan performance he went out of his way to help me with me draw straw parts

another update.thanks to jason at diesel nut motorsports my trucks running good.and thanks to purflow tech-air dog. they went out of there way to take care,of me.with my fuel pump replacment,it wasnt a bad pump it was .installed wrong and the pump got hot from sucking air.the draw straw was 2 inches from the bottom of the fuel tank.im going back to diesel nut motosports for the new fuel pump,to be installed .and finally get the truck running right so far still on the fence as far as getting rid of my cummins 24v ill keep her for now.

07-11-07 i went back to jason diesel nut motorsports, got my new air dog fuel pump installed.truck runs great and no more stalling.jason got my truck running great, starts right up,i have stable fuel pressure.20psi idle 18 freeway 16 wot works for me.and my gas mpg is back where it was.the engines a little quieter now,not as much knocking.idles alot smoother.
you guys have problems with youre truck or just need parts give jason a call at diesel nut motorsports .great shop to have work on youre truck and for parts orders and questions.
