List of things that can contribute to steering problems, check em off as you go.

Wheel bearings/Hubs
Ball Joints
Trac Bar
Tires
*Steering gear
*Steering shaft
Steering stabilizer
Steering control linkages
*Front control arm bushings
Sway bar linkages

Asterisks indicate what I'm guessin is the issue with the age of the truck and what I can remember you have already checked.

The hub was not visibly damaged, or worn that I could tell by looking at it. Both were replaced at 144,344. Driver side ball joints were replaced at 144,344, as well. Passenger side ball joints were just replaced. I put a Thuren track bar in at 165,841. The steering stabilizer is a dual Skyjacker unit, and the control arms are also Skyjacker. Both installed at ~144,000. I ask for the alignment shop to check everything under the front end when I go in for alignments. So far they say it is all good. There is some play in the steering gear/shaft, but that would not cause it to pull to the right, would it? I do need new tires.

The single biggest improvement that I got during my whole front end rebuild came from the steering gear. which way it would pull wit the gear or shaft depends on what side of the rut or crown your wheels are drivin on. That PSC Steering gear was a massive improvement in driveability.

Dodge Trucks : PSC Motorsports, Off-Road Steering Experts

They aren't listing the ones for our year of trucks but it's the same pump as shown.

A new set of skins stopped the pull. These Toyo's sure ride smooth, and true. Hopefully the balancing beads will keep them that way. Thanks, guys!!
