No reverse lights..well sometimes

No reverse lights..well sometimes

My truck goes into reverse just fine, i just dont have any reverse lights unless i push the shifter up while in reverse... any ideas?

Probably the switch on the trasmission is wore in one spot. I couldn't tell you where at exactly it's located, but it shouldn't be more than a couple wires on a plug. Should be on the drivers side.
