Update: the truck is doing good as a daily driver now

My recent updates:
- charged my AC, and it works OK, not great, but OK
- drained and overfilled my getrag360. Put in Redline MTL fluid, about 4.5 quarts. I filled it through the top PTO cover bolt hole using a Harbor Freight fuel pump kit. It worked pretty well actually.
- replaced flasher relay so the blinkers work
- replaced windshield wipers blades, so those will actually do something other than smear crud around
- drained NP205, and refilled with lucas 75W90 synthetic gear oil
- hit every zerk I could find with grease
- replaced cigar lighter fuse so that works now
- put an Alabama state flag front license plate on it

This weekend I'm going to try draining and refilling the rear differential and change out the fuel filter.. And if I have time, I'll do the front differential.
