I beleive mine is a Getrag.
the GETRAG came in all 1st gen dodges factory with a manual tranny......the NV4500 came in 2nd and 3rd gen dodges from the factory with a manual tranny (along with the 6 speed)

Didn't see tat you did the top cover already.
It just had a new top cover put on it. Do you know where i can get a rebuild kit?? If anything ill rebuild it. Has to be cheaper then buyin a new trans.

Midway towing guy in Lloydminster SK told me he can get all new guts and bearings for 700 if I remember correctly.He has a couple of tow trucks running getrags,and rebuilds them himself.
