You can remove the top of the case to give yourself more room to work on it. Is it cross threaded? Heas it moved in the past?

The fuel screw doesn't typically stick.

Congratulations, you've managed to find yourself a new problem!

Before I broke the screw trying to get it out, I'd get a new one from the injection pump shop.

If you buy a new one it comes with the handy hex head and no collar. Costs $20.

Either turn the pump down, or get bigger injectors. Thats if you want to turn the truck off with a key.

You could always install a pull cable.
