haha. these are an industrial engine not your average ford or chevy v8 diesel.

Yes their reliable and the only way to have reliability is to made everything different then ford haha. The grid heater is under intake horn easy change,

And you will allways want more. I am not sure what gens have them (ford guy) but kill the kdp first if it still has it. Atleast thats what everyone says.

2nd gen 12v's are more known for the KDP due to the vibrations from the p pump. my old VE had 203k km on it n the KDP was still snug in it's home. On this p-pump motor I dropped in it was 1/3 of the way out.

None the less it should be done.
