checked that seemed to be fine redid my boost line found out it was leaking a bit and blew out boost reference line and took it for a ride and bam 30psi of boost when full throttle 5th gear im a happy camper wish i knew what fixed it though thanks for all you help guys

 

Blew out the boost reference line? Huh. I'm never going to stop learning about these things.

The boost reference line to the AFC makes sense on your full throttle issue but the tapping the pedal to get it started is usually a sign of the shutdown going bad

 

He could be dealing with both issues at once. I know when my shutoff solenoid first started going it still worked most of the time, if I had checked it after nine out of ten starts I wouldn't have known there was a problem with it.

 

yeah i will be keeping an eye on it because i did manually move it a bunch also so it could have played a part in fixing it also will fire it up here and a bit and see how she starts and runs today
