i have a 2000 f250 7.3 manual trans. it has been getting cold outside lately and i have noticed that my boost will not build up. it boosts up when i am accelerating but then drops to 0. if i floor it then i build boost. there is a hissing noise on the right side of the truck and it sounds like it is leaking. but when the truck warms up fully i build boost and hold psi. when it is warm outside this doesn't happen so i am confused why it is happening when it is cold outside. anyone know why this is happening? thanks.
