Found something in my bed ?!?!
Most dealers won't mess with hitches. I would just soak it with penetrating oil and work it till it frees up but it did a little more looking today and b&w is the only company I have found that makes a turnover hitch with that specific ball style
looking at you pictures closer it looks kinda like someone flipped the whole set up around. is the ball over the axle or slightly behind the axle?

well lucky for me the ball is pointed down so i cant get ahold of it but i keep on spraying it with PB Blast and here in a bout a week im going to do the punch an BFH prosses ....and i guees if that dont work i could try and heat it up with the torch....but it sure is awfull close to the tank

the pin should go all the way through.. and get some blaster or whatever on it and take a big punch and BFH to knock the pin back through.. once thats out use the BFH to unstick the ball..
same thing was on my 93 same condition but it sounds like yours is backwards, the ball should be slightly forward of the axle

It is right behind the axle.....i thought that was kind of strange myself as i thought you would want to put the weight right above the axle.....i have no idea why its like that

You can run a 3/16" chain thru the little rod you put ur finger thru to pull it out, then hook it to a hoist or come a-long overhead. Don't try to lift the truck just put a good amount of tension on it. Then hit the ball from under the truck. P.S. You can use the "hot wrench" a.k.a. the torch just be cautious.
