Yes, they waterjet the centers out of the hmmwv wheels and weld new centers in with your bolt pattern. I got the 8 bolt wheels and they're stout. I had to replace two of the studs holding the wheels together. I had to buy studs from napa and grind the shoulders on two sides to make them work because you can't find new replacement studs for the 8 bolt wheels. If anyone runs into that problem I can scrounge up the part # for the studs I used.
