My 2001 Duramax comes with a factory steering damper (just one) and i've yet to notice when it works... i get beat the crap up all the time which i'm running bad tires also which is the reason, but i'm curious if i put a bigger one on or a second one if it will help maybe... I'll post something on it if i come up with a solution on the duramax... Good luck...

I've been runnin this Skyjacker one on mine for a few years now. Can't tell ya if it helps anything or not but it's there and a lot cheaper then the top guns version. http://www.skyjacker.com/image/catal...tabilizers.pdf

DSS. Darins Steering Stabalizer. the original steering stabalizer. it mounts right to the frame under the steering pump. it stabilizes your steering from jiggling around. its a good investment if you have death wobble.
