Default beginner pistol

like it says, what would be a good cheap pistol to get started with? i figure a 9mm would be a cheap round. but idk what brand would be good for the price.

What do you mean "get started"?

What kind of background do you have with firearms?

And yes for a first time handgun its hard to beat 9mm.

very little, last gun i shot was a 20 gauge bout 7 years ago. never shot a pistol

i know that sounds like someone who doesnt need to be around a fire arm , but i know all the basics.

what im wanting is a good gun, i can put a ton of ammunition through, and not have many problems.

Get a RUGER MARK II 22LR, awesome shooting gun, very ACCURATE

.50 AE Desert Eagle.

Save up for two of them, then you can use one in each hand.

x2 on the Glock! Never had any trouble with any of mine, except the $5 clip ejector button wears out. Glock rules!! Get a 40cal.

Another vote for Glock here. Got 2 or 3 of them now with over 10000 rounds thru em. no issue yet.
