so the Palmetto 16" upper is a decent setup with my spikes tactical lower reciever? all i will need to buy is the lower parts hardware, buffer, buffer tube and stock.

You could do that or buy a rifle kit(complete upper with all rifle parts except lower).

damn they do have a nice LPK setup, but alas the rail style LPK's are sold out right now. luckily i got a few weeks yet.

Check out spikes heavy buffer they are realty nice I have 3 the work with 223 up to 50beo they look cool to

Yep...

2 kinds of buffer/stock you have mil spec & commercial...

Make sure ya get mil spec if ya want mil spec that will cross between mil and what you have.

It's funny how that works, we have photobucket & youtube blocked, but can access facebook...

nope cant access facebook nor myspace on mil computers where i am at in Iraq.

i would save for a trijicon i like the idea of not needing batteries for my zombie apocalypse gun, just saying . but EOtech is realy nice but pricey , i also found out about bushnell HOLOSIGHTS they dont make them anymore but they were made by eotech and if you can find one they go for about 175 or 200, im waiting to get one on ebay. the aimpoints work pretty good but it seems like everytime i go to use one the damn batteries are dead ,so im not a fan.
