Yep I could see that, I woudl not think any of them get chambered more then 3 or 4 times and that woud be a streatch. My Carry gun usually gets loaded and stays loaded until it gets shot. MIGHT get cleared once or twice for what ever reason in between.

Well,I'll say that everyone that has responded to this post is correct, and I'll add that all of you have done your homework....Well done.
The only reason That I offered up my comment is because I've been carrying a concealed weapon since 1982,legally since 1995 and over the years I got tired of shooting up high dollar defense loads on a very remote possibility that one in the rack wouldn't go bang. If it makes one feel more at ease and the expense isn't an issue, change the stuff out. Certainly no harm done. Personally,if it wasn't for the legal issues that arise,I have more confidence in my custom tailored, hand loaded ammo that I have more quality control over,as compared to store bought ammo.I have no way of knowing what factory ammo may have been subjected to,how long it's been warehoused...etc. Hand loads pose many questions when used for self defense.I know this from experience,I answered them all to a Grand Jury.

I really only rotate the top one or two rounds in my mags. Lately I haven't really done any swapping. I drop a loose round down the chamber release the slide then load a mag. Mainly started this with the xdm45 because the mag springs are so stiff.

I've always heard that plays hell on your extractor... Don't know if I buy into it or not but I don't do it anyway.

Yep, it's not designed to do this & can substantially weaken (or even break) your extractor

I know I know.... but a handfull of times to show someone my new toy want hurt it. Anyways its not a Glock or a 1911. I don't slam it in either. Put round on feedramp, hold slide, press release, ease slide forward, bump into battery.

Inaccurate and misplaced shots are to be expected from cheap small caliber people. But,you keep firing because your muzzle blast and the noise gives us something to aim at.......One shot,One kill.....Checkmate!
