Run from that gun! Unless you move to another state and apply for a class 3, just forget you ever saw that one.

Why would I run? If it isn't full auto because it can't physically be turned into full auto, then isn't it totally legal for me to own it without papers as long as I keep it in Illinois?

That statement would be correct, but since you don't have a Illinois DL, you would have have it shipped to a FFL holder in your HOME STATE, which is COMMIE-FORNIA

I can't keep a gun in one state if my driver's license was in another state?

I thought that there were banks in Nevada that stored Californa-illegal guns for California residents?

Every time I buy or sell a I can only do a face to face transaction if the buy is a FLORIDA resident, If the buyer is out of state I have to shipped the gun to a FFL holder in his state BUT google your question & see what answer you get

Do you need to report all transactions?

If the gun doesn't need to be registered, what's it matter?

The SPAS is not legal to import to the us anyway in its manufactured form. Federal prison is not a nice place begle. Do yourself a favor. Turn it over or leave it be.

Apparently Begle wants the gun, against all good advice. Begle, buy the goddamned gun and see what happens.
