CATastrophe on a Cat 3516 Marine Diesel

Found this while doing a search - sorry to bring up a REALLY old post, it amazes me that this was still happening - first time I saw this almost EXACT same failure was on a 3508 main in 1999-2000 time frame - it was a valve stem failure - dropped the valve and wrecked all types of havoc
