Ya, don't stack. Your fuel system won't handle it anyway. It will end up being a waste of money. Sell the Super Chips on Ebay and get yourself a TS 4 bank 6 position chip. You will love it. And in the future if you do upgrade the fuel system and turbo you can have custom tunes written onto the same chip to make the new mods work better together. It is a great tuning tool for the power strokes and the most impressive in my opinion.

The Edge Juice with Attitude works good too but will never be as aggressive or versatile as the TS.

Best of luck with the truck! Keep the oil changed and clean and you should have a great running truck for years to come.

Ditch the superchips. Stacking is crap on powerstrokes (works "ok" on cummins). Black smoke is just unburnt fuel. It creates soot. Generally no, it isn't bad. As long as it's not constantly smoking. Although, some good tuning can get rid of the smoke. Smoke also creates heat (egt's). So it needs to be monitored.
