Default Looking to get into the diesel world

Looking for a dually for pulling a fifth wheel. I was looking for something between 2006-2013. Was wondering some opinions on trucks to choose and ones to stay away from for reliability? Will want it to be 4x4,auto, and I don't care what make as long as it will be reliable.

Honestly any of the big three will be able to do the job. I drive a 96' 3500 Cummins and it does great no matter what I put on it. Good luck on your choice. The 6.0 If you go with Ford isn't as bad as everyone makes them out to be. We have one at work and as long as you take care of its known issues such as the egr valve and cooler being weak points it does pretty well.

I prefer the blue oval but you can't go wrong with any of the big three like kryz says. It's as reliable as you make it (or keep it), remember that.
