You need an air horn, compressor, tank, pressure switch to turn on and off the compressor, and a manual valve or a solenoid valve to release the air pressure to the horn. Plenty of kits out there. Don't waste time with BS train horns if that's the route you want to go, get a set of nathans or leslies and be done with it.
