I have 3.50s with 35s, but no overdrive, and I'm turning about 1900 rpm at 55 mph. I'd like to drop the rpm down some more, so I'm in search of a Dana 61 front axle with 3.07s. Once I get one, I'll swap in 3.00s into the 9" rear and convert it to 8-lug. My truck has power to spare, so deep gearing is just wasting fuel.
