Default triple axle gooseneck vs dual tandem gooseneck

What's everyone's opinion on the triple axle vs dual tandem trailers. I found a 30' triple axle for cheap and looking at getting it I will mainly be using it to build my house and shop and to move back from Montana. Occasionally haul a tractor or bobxat .
