Well it's time to replace the PS pump and was wondering what's the easiest way to flush the system? What kind of ATF should I run? Synthetic or conventional? Thanks in advance guys!

 

Here is a video I did showing how to do the flush. Its pretty easy, if you have any questions let me know I'd be happy to answer.

As far as the fluid, you will see in the video, I use a conventional. However that was only due to lack of availability of synthetic. If and when I do it again I would use synthetic and I would recommend it. It seems to be quieter.

 

well i was kinda close on the flush. i'll have to do it that way some time this week.

 

i used synthetic and she liked it pretty good...till the box had had bout 1/4 inch of play and now she will push it all out the seal on the bottom where the shaft comes out been that way for like 3 mons do tue the fact of bein broke as hell

 

well i couldn't find any synthetic. so i got regular old mecon v

 

I did it the same way trey showed. Very simple.
