Default 02 F250 steering issues

My parents have an old former fleet 250 with 100k miles that they use on their farm. When you drive the truck over 30 MPH steering it really becomes a pain. It's almost stressful because keeping it straight requires constant little adjustments. Any ideas on what could remedy this?

Could be any number of things, more then likely its a worn out steering box. But bad ball joints, Wheel bearings, drag links, track bar... all the front end issues can lead to that.

You'll want to have someone dry steer it and look at all steering components. Check box and steering column play. You should be able to see if anything is loose. Also make sure the toe is set correctly.

torque rod in steering box, I put a PSC pump and 285-75-16 tires and drives pretty good, play with air pressures in front, I am assuming it is a 4X4?
