bigger exaust housing and dont use cruise by using it if youre goin through any hills it accelerates goin up and decelerates goin down no good for your econ or temps accelerate goin down one before u go up the next so you can ease on the throttle till you peak that will keep egts down and econ up

well a 4 inch is more than what you could ever need in a 7.3 unless ur makin 8-1200 hp, im talkin about the turbine housing not the dp you have i believe it was a .82 factory turbine housing or snail if you go with a 1.0 like i have you keep backpressure down and temps down as far as burnin up the turbo as long as you keep oil to it you can run at 18-2000 degrees for hours and be ok the bigger problem is melting the inside of your engine down like our aluminum pistons if you run your truck had heavy load or what have it just make sure you idle a few min before you shut down the motor too cool down the turbo and engine and youll be a ok...

Bigger housing or run some water/methanol.

Down shift your truck, let the RPM's come up and you will be fine.

You can pull all day at 1250* and not hurt a thing, and just as a reminder, your not watching EGT's to protect the turbo, your watching them to protect the pistons inside the motor.

Maybe put 4 EGR Coolers form a 6.0 on it with duct tape? I thought those were supposed to help? :P

But I am sure upgrading your intercooler and piping will help some, I've heard people get 100* lower after putting a bigger intercooler on and slightly bigger/aluminum piping.

You can drop some good temps with an expensive IC for sure, however you do not change the pipe size...

However an intercooler is $1000-$1800...
