wait to start goes out yes,and overdrive off light comes on when this fuse keeps blowing. my 97 shut off going down the road but these things are part of whats happening when this 99 starts blowing this fuse when it sits and I try to start it,and I have the bowl heater unhooked with no apparent piece touching anything because its taped but i have not tore into the wiring back through the truck because it doesnt do it frequent but when it does it its a pain in my butt until all of sudden it wont miss a beat for a month or two

 

you need to find out which circuit that fuse protects. if you look in your owners manual (if you still have it) it should tell you what that slot's for.
