Default EBPV brake
I just found complete instructions on swamps website to turn the EBPV into an exhaust brake. But it's for the OBS powerstrokes. Does any one know if this is the same for the 99- 03 7.3?

It is the same. The wire colors may be different but otherwise it will work fine.
