AIR LEAKING FROM 7.3 WHEN TRANS. SHIFTS

Volant Intake
I installed a New Cold Air Intake on my 2000 F450 7.3 powerstroke.I also makes a gnarly hiss when it shifts and when i come off the accelerator. I read what could be causing that. But I'm also getting a nasty shake in my engine now. whats causing that?
