I would be very suspect that two pumps went bad. When you said "tested 1800 psi" how did you "test" them? 1800 psi is VERY LOW for any truck. You should see a max on a stock truck of about 2400-2500psi.

I honestly don't know how the guy tested the pumps,I was not there when he tested them. He said they should be from 1700- 2500 psi.

They can go higher depending on the tuner.

I'd listen to this guy. Check the LPOP. If you are mechanically inclined, when this happens, i would add 2qts of oil to the crankcase (so it's 2L overfilled) and then jack the back of the truck up in the air, and see if it starts right away - there was some problems with the seal on the pickup tube to the front cover, which can cause hard/no starts due to lack of oil flow through the LPOP.

Right now the truck is still at the mechanics shop. He can't figure at what is wrong with it, but is havin another guy look at it this week sometime.
