I ordered and got a php 6 position chip. I had an edge evolution and I want to keep it and use it for gauges. So I returned the pcm to stock and unhooked the batteries. I put the chip in today and the edge wanted me to return the pcm to stock. Can I do that with the chip plugged in? Will it kill my pcm? I unplugged the Edge and the truck ran great.

the edge is recognizing the engines current tune as not being at stock settings, i would recommend selling the edge and purchasing the CTS monitoring system
