Default 2002 F250 7.3 steering issue

Hey guys I just bought a 2002 f250 powerstroke and it needs some work, mostly minor things, but when I am stopped, I can not turn the wheels, it is fine when I'm driving, but when I stop there is no help from the power steering, any ideas? Thanks

Make sure it's got power steering fluid in it. If it does you may have an air pocket in the steering system.

Fluid flush or pump possibly, mine got hard pumped it out filled with fresh fluid and she was happy again if not that then you might look at the pump closer
