My 7.3 has the blues

Checked the blow by it does'nt seem to have alot, can hold my hand over the filler tube with no effort, the truck has only 160k miles on it. This seems to be an intermitten issue for awhile till just recently! Could this be caused by a wiring issue such as valve cover harness? Had bare wires on driver side harness but was able to pull pins from connector and fix that. The smoke smells more of fuel than oil!

Check your fuel bowl and filter and make sure there's no oil in it. if there's nothing abnormal on the dipstick in the oil, and levels are good , check the coolant for any signs of oil or fuel. All that checks out I would check the turbo, specifically For shaft play or damage to the wheel.
