Did you get brand new injectors or re-manufactured? Remmaned are always headaches. Very few have gotten perfect results from remanned injectors. Most sets of remanned injectors will have one or two that are no good.
Remanned will cost around a grand to possibly $1500, new injectors will cost around 2k or more. And did you go stock injectors or bigger, like 160/80's or something..?? Check that receipt and let us know.

A suggestion I had last night was that there may be corrosion on the lift pump. If the truck will start this morning so I can get it in the garage I will check that. It got down to 58 where I live last night and with the way it's been acting I should have plugged it in... My cousin has the exact same truck as mine and his will fire below 30 without plugin unlike this one.

You 100% sure they are alliant brand new injectors and not remmanned with new cups? labor is certainly added into your total cost, but are you 100% certain they are brand new? I ask because it's obvious, your old and worn injectors and the now new injectors share the identical problem. either it wasn't your injectors to begin with or your new ones are not so new.
my two cents.

yes I am 100% sure. This is a trusted shop along with a family friend for years. He only charges me 1/2 labor because he works on every vehicle for my family and I know he wouldn't lie. I believe the new injectors fixed the problem temporarily. I guess I will just take it back to him probably just another o-ring in the injector again. He doesn't charge me anything to do a diagnostic so I'll just go there. I only asked on here because I thought maybe this was something else that others had trouble with. Only reason I got on here was to save the diesel of driving 90 miles to his shop but I guess I can't get any help here. Sorry to bother anybody.
