tips on replacing ebps

i need to replace my Exhaust Back Pressure Tube and sensor on a 2001 f250 any thing that will help me replace it it looks easy enough to change just difficult to get to thanks.

Have you seen this? Its about cleaning it, but I show how to remove it in the video.
