Default Replacing turn signal switch trouble

Hey guys I'm having trouble tryin to figure out how to change my turn signal switch... It just flops around like a dead fish and the lever is also cracking at the base... Wipers and High beams work fine but to spray the wiper fluid I have to find a sweet spot... I can't figure out how to change it or what I need to fix it... It's a 1990 d250 non tilt wheel 5 speed...
Any thoughts???
