Default I'm lost! Not the usual no start

Hey guys I'm back been gone for quite some time. And just now been able to get back on. I have the 99 powerstroke I just put a transmission in it. And took for test drive and ran pretty good then noticed that it was spud seeing so I put new fuel in it and didn't help. Then I was headed home and the dang thing quit running and won't start anymore. I can not figure out what is wrong I have change cam position sensor. Fuel pump, icp sensors fuel fuel pump. Battery's. I just can't figure it out have new injector harness too.

I hooked my snap on scanner to it and didnt tell me a code. or any problems.... although i did go to data display while cranking and i had extremely high injector psi so i changed icp. started and ran for about a minute then died.
