Default This was in the shop today

Came in as a possible head gasket failure or damaged injector, found a failed idm and the motor hydrolocked, removed glow plugs on ds first, found number 4 full of fuel.

Typically caused by water in the fuel, low fuel pressure or just age...

I would suspect low fuel pressure.

I would say this was age and maintenance related. Truck came in with a failed IDM and had been abused in every regard. Sorry for the late reply.
