Default superchips vs sct tuner

I know everyone says to get a chip but I would like to get a programmer. Which is the better programmer between the two, the superchips or sct. I have an sct for my mustang and I'm very pleased with it. The one for my mustang and truck are the same serial number. Would I be able to use the sct on my truck or are they shipped with specific tunes just for the truck? Thank You

I'll have to check into that. Do you know what the product name is? If it is cheaper than the programmer and guages put together then I'll probably get that instead.

It comes out to be about the same as doing a chip and gauges. Personally I couldnt go without the ability to switch on the fly which some programmers do do now but thats why I love chips. I've installed several of the SCT TXS models on 6.0's that use either a smart phone of an iPod for the screen then had them loaded with custom tunes but you get the same tunes you'd get with a DP or TS chip just on a more temperamental platform. IMHO nothing beats a piggyback custom chip and gauges for the 7.3's

If you have to have a programed get the sct and find custom tunes for it. But a 6pos is better in every way shape and form. In my opinion it is stupid to buy anything else.
