Default 95 7.3L oil cooler leak?

Need some help on how hard it will be to repair oil cooler on my 1995 7.3L Power Stroke, up untill lately never had a drop of anything under my truck first just a drop every once in awhile, and now we are talking a good size puddle Hoping someone can let me know how hard of a job this will be?

Its not a bad job...

Drain the coolant, Drain the oil, Remove the oil filter...

Three bolts on the back and two bolts at the front.

Remove, seperate the three pieces and replace the O rings. Remove the gaskets from the block or housings and put it all back together...

Get the rebuild kit from Clay at RiffRaff Diesel...

Riffraff Diesel: Oil Cooler Seal Kit

Just did it on my truck a few weeks ago, took the two of us about 2 hours or so... Both of us are semi experanced...

Would block out an afternoon for a novice and a OBS (slightly less room then a superduty.

Yup, both are run through the cooler so the coolant can remove the heat from the oil.

It took awhile, she`s all fixed now, took her out for a test drive today, just wanted to thank everyone for all the good advice, she would of been done alot sooner if the person who choose to do it for me hadn`t of gotton put on seven days a week 10 hour days at his real job, anyways she is leak free again, and running strong Thanks again this is the second time this site has helped me get my rig back on track, maybe someday I can return the favor
