Default 1996 Powerstroke not starting

I have replaced the low pressure oil pump, the pic up tube, and a bunch of little sencors. We add oil to the high pressure pump and after cranking it all dissapearse to the pan? When we first started trying to start it we bleed the fuel lines and everything and it was pumping good, now when we turn the key we cant here any pump engage and its not pumping anyfuel to the bowl? Could that be a relay or the pump? And do i need a new HPOP?

When you turn the key on, with an OBS, there is no fuel pump to hear, it is a mechanical pump that only pumps when the motor is turning over.

How much cranking have you done? Why did you replace the LPOP? How many miles on the truck?

try to fill the fuel bowl up with fuel, sometimes takes awhile to get them started if there is air in the fuel and oil lines and passages

Theres about 215000 on the truck with about 100000 on the tranny and motor. we have done a bit of cranking with a friend of mine thats a diesel tech for dodge so he doesnt have the idea to what it would be on the ford. we replaced the LPOP because we thought it wasnt getting fuel to the HPOP, to were it wasnt getting to the injectors, but it still doesnt start. We have bleed all the lines and got all the air out of them and it does fill the fuel bowl and we did fill it to the top with fuel and still nothing.
