Your problem sounds like what I had,Mine turned out to be loose turbo clamp.worth a look.

 

I agree with birdman.sounds like something is loose causing you to lose boost. Give her a good look over. Good luck bud

Well i changed the fuel filter it was getting brownish a few weeks ago and what i drained wasnt to bad but when i flushed the fuel bowl twice with diesel what came out almost look amber and extremely cloudy. Also my heater element is broke and b=nonfunctional. The truck ran great for about the past two two and a half weeks and then it went back to the way it was so i pulled the filter and its brown already with some pieces of junk blow the plate but i cant get to it so im waiting in my crows foot to get here. Next is to take apart the fuel bowl buy new insides and drop the tank because i have to be sucking the junk from there. And b/c its a variable where i get my fuel is a larger gas station that is a smaller truck stop(6-8 pumps on the semi side like 2 showers and a wendys ) that seems to have a decent amount of fillups and i also usaualy fill up with biodiesel and every couple of tanks i use diesel klean.
