new injectors cause hard start?

Default new injectors cause hard start?

hey after i put my new stage 1 injectors in my truck is taking forever to start. it turns over for about5-7 seconds before firing and acually running and i dont know why its doing this. my truck never started hard before this so if anyone has any input i would appreciate it.

HPOP is probably getting weak, along with the injector pump. Must not be use to the bigger demand for fuel to feed the injectors.

hey man, get some vids and pics up of the new smoke. How is it?
Also where did you get the injectors from and if you dont mind me askin, wut was the price?

you need to bleed the hpo system take it out and drive it. also did you get tuned for stage1's??

hey guys i drove it for alittle bit and it starts fine now but thatnks for the input

hey and also i got them from rosewood diesel they cost me 510 dollers but i did it all myself. it takes about a day to do it if u buy the pistons pre mechined if not you will have to have a shop do it for you. also if your driving a 99 or new i think your injectors may cost alittle bit more if im not mistakin

when u say by urself, did u meen the whole install?
Also how was the intsall over all, and did u price out a shop to do it before hand cuz i wudnt be able to do it on my own. I wunder how much that costs

the tranny is holding up great but im also useing my edge handheld while my tony wildman gets reburnt to my injectors, no i didnt price out any shops and yes me and my dads friend did it together, he did the passenger side injectors and i did the drivers side. its not that bad to do the only hard part is rebuilding the injectors itself but once you get the first one done the rest go fast.
