I have a 01 Cummins with a edge juice w/ attitude tuner, "120hp" injectors from eBay. I had my VP44 pump fail shortly after installing these items. I replaced it with a hot rod vp44 pump. After doing this it took about a month and then i started having a hard time starting it, since this has occurred i have added a AirDog Raptor 100gph pump and bypassed the factory lift pump. Any ideas what could be causing the hard start issue? It does it at any temperature cold or hot, sometimes it will fire up after 5 seconds of cranking, sometimes it will take me trying 3-4 times for 30 second intervals. When it does eventually start it will blow a cloud of white smoke out then clear up.
