$250 is quite a bit for a stock IC... Check CL and I bet you can get one for quite a bit more. Once you have the IC you have two choices, build your own pipes using a early 99 Y pipe and a few factory IC pipes, or order up a banks IC tube kit...

It will take some fabrication, but I have done two of them, took the course of one day each.

OBS trucks have no Intercooler, so you get higher EGT's quicker. They come stock with 90cc injectors, and stage 1's should be about 160cc. So you double the fuel, you can about double your max EGT's!

You should be able to get the kit for less then $400... If you can find it. Some vendors can get them.

You can get the E99 Y pipe from people upgrading there E99's to the later style and then you will need one set of 6.0 pipes and one set of 7.3 pipes. IIRC you dont have to do a damn thing to the cold side, but the hot side I ended up cutting and welding some of everything and made it a two piece pipe to make it easy to install.
