dipstick blowout

Default dipstick blowout
I have a 95 stock psd after running engine the dipstick pushes out about 2" does anyone Know what could be causing this.

Get a lot of smoke/vapor coming out of the oil fill?

I ran it pretty hard and checked the oil fill cap there was a little smoke vapor but not too excessive.g
