Well my oil dipstick tube broke off so I tried multiple things to try and retrieve the piece out of the side of the block with no luck. So I drilled and man is the new one a tight fit. I got it so it's snug and used gasket maker around it also. My question is I am flushing oil through to make sure I get all the metal shavings out. But will some hurt the motor if I don't get them all? I'm going to do another oil change in like 2 weeks to make sure I can get what I can out

 

Just fish around the bottom of the pan with a magnet through the drain hole for a little while should be fine .
