Default Ol Smokie !

Hello I just found the Ford 7.3 forum (not to good at internet stuff) anyway I changed injectors on my 96 and it misses and still smokes after about 1.5-2 hours of running from 500rpm to 1500rpm and made a half dozen hotlaps up and down the street(no tickets as yet) do I need to check things out (put covers) or is it still smokeing and missing due to oil in cyls I'm not to familiar with diesel. And how can you check to find wich cyl is missing there ar no plug wires to pull? Thanks Jack S

it will smoke white after the swap. just oil in the cylinder. did you put on new o rings? are the wires on all 8 injectors? you should run it pretty hard for the first 50 - 100 miles.

A regulated return? They have one stock. Do you mean you put an electric fuel system on it? And how long has it been loosing power?
