When I start my truck in the morning it makes a nasty hissing noise and is sluggish for about 10 minutes, I have been told it's the EBPS and to unplug it. I'm gonna put the delete kit in for it but for now I just wanna unplug it till it gets warmer out. Thanks alot!

 

the EBPS is on the exhaust side of the turbo just before the down pipe, the actuater is attached to the pedistal. hope this helps

 

The plug for it is at the base of the pedestal on the driver side, its a 2 wire plug
