brake problem

Default brake problem

So this just started out of nowhere. First driving g brake seem fine when I apply them it get real hard and I almost have to pulsate to get it to slow down a d slow speed scared if I have to panic stop I tried bleed the brakes and same thing I have no clue any hints or idea to help thanks oh and it is a standard cab manual transmission thanks again

is the vacuume pump working? creates vacuume for the break system.

OK I took the vacuum line of and I think it might be that it not a real strong vacuum what are more text book way of find out if your vac pump is bad thanks for quick reply

usually if its the vacuum pump your defrost or floor heater wont work if they dont you have a vacuum if it tests good look at your booster
