Okay so this summer i pulled everything i needed out of one of my uncles crummys to do a 5 spd swap in my truck. Was told the tranny was good but now after a few weeks its started to whine badly while in gear. Guessing its the bearings or the syncros. It only whine when im on the throttle. When coasting it is quite. Also when in nuetral or going in between shifts itll whine into gear. Anyways im a broke *** college student right now and i need a quick fix, if there is any. Ive been told by some yahoos that you can over fill it and what not to quite it down. I plan on rebuilding it during the winter i just need something for right now. Oh ya ive already changed the fluid with no change in sound. thanks!
